After misleading me to think that someone entered our community garden and alley repairs (between Morse and Lunt east of Sheridan), which are in an emergency state of disarry and disorder, I would like to know whppened after I gave presentations, entered the sites on the list and I see them nowhere. Another visitor to my home who is disbaled has already twisted his ankle in teh alley. There are two of us from this section of the ward who are community reps. What’s the deal? The alley is dangerous to people who use wheelchairs as I do or walkers as my next door neighbor does. The alley was listed on the list in the group facilitated by David Fagus at Loyola Park and the community garden was, too, which needs to be made accessible. Aside from pain, illness, heavy schedules and inaccessible alleys and streets, this is why most of the people in my block do not participate bnd wjhy persosn who are disabled generally do nott participate. We get tired of filing complaints with 311 and Chgo Commission on Human Relatiosn when this process exists right in our ward.
